After a successful career with Bose, Wayne Perry realized he wasn't quite ready to retire. With a keen interest for the medical field he found himself relocating to the beautiful Sunshine State. Wayne brings compassion, empathy, and the drive for change to Unity Medical by being an industry leader in fighting for patient rights not only locally but nationally. Having made multiple trips lobbying with congress and state representatives, Wayne is here to try and find realistic solutions to make sure the DME industry continues to be available for patients in a positive yet affordable way.
Unity opened its new location in June 2001. We are located at 4200 Tamiami Trail, Suite D (look for the American flag). Unity is the only full service medical equipment store in Port Charlotte.
